Season's Greetings

Foreword

Welcome my valued readers,

I am aware you have come here because you are conscious about nutrition which is the fundament of all life.

What better time to remember this basic fact and to celebrate our food than this month which is a festive month for many when we like to gather with family and friends. It is also the time of the year when many of us spend more time in our kitchen making cookies and preparing festive meals.

Let this year's holiday food be the only cruelty-free food there is: plant-based food. Share it with your loved ones and celebrate peace on earth. I have compiled some ideas for you how this can be accomplished.

Yours truly, Heidrun Karin Peters.

But there is an alternative to the use of sugar in snacks. At least, this is what Carolyn Hansen says in her book 100 Healthy Raw Sna...
